Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Stats & Solos (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 or older to use the Service and to purchase Season Pass access.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• You may sign in using supported identity providers (e.g., Google) or magic link emails. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
• We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

• Season Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks paid features for a fixed access period shown at checkout (and on your account page).
• Charges are handled by our payment provider via hosted checkout; we don’t receive your full card details.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or restrict Season Pass access until payment is resolved.
• We may change pricing or what’s included in the Season Pass over time. Changes apply to future purchases (we won’t change what you already bought mid-access).

Taxes may apply depending on your location (see Taxes & location determination).

• The Season Pass is a time-limited access purchase. If you stop using the Service, your access still runs until the end of the access period shown on your account.
• Refunds: we don’t typically offer refunds once access has started, but we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis where required by law or in exceptional circumstances.
• Digital access starts immediately. When you buy the Season Pass, access is enabled straight away. Depending on your location and consumer rights, this may affect any statutory cooling-off/cancellation rights that apply to digital services once access begins. This does not affect any rights you can’t waive under applicable law.
• If we reasonably believe access was obtained through misrepresentation of location, we may refuse service, suspend, or terminate access. Any refund in such circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, except where required by law.

• No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• No scraping, bulk downloading, or automated access beyond intended use.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or sharing of your account.
• No interference with the Service’s operation or security, including trying to bypass access controls.
• No attempts to manipulate pricing, taxes, or regional access (including via VPNs, proxies, false billing details, or other misrepresentation).
• No attempts to manipulate community features (including Player Power Rankings) such as by using bots, scripts, multiple accounts, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or any other method intended to distort results or undermine integrity.

Taxes may apply depending on your location and the rules that apply to digital services. We may determine or confirm your country using multiple signals (for example, IP-derived country, billing address country, and payment method country) to help enforce availability and meet tax rules.

The Service — including our software, models, ratings, forecasts, original content, and design — is owned by Stats & Solos (or our licensors) and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Service (or any substantial part of it) without our permission.

Stats & Solos is an independent project. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the GAA or any sports organisation.

If you submit content (e.g., feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure you have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. Where a change materially impacts a paid feature, we’ll seek to provide reasonable notice.

Data updates and availability. We aim to keep Stats & Solos up to date throughout the season. Data is typically refreshed after weekends of games, but the timing of updates can vary (for example, depending on fixture schedules, data availability, verification, maintenance, and operational factors). We do not guarantee that updates will occur on any specific day or within any specific number of hours after a match.

If a prolonged interruption materially reduces the value of paid access, we may offer a pro-rata refund where appropriate, and nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.

You can stop using Stats & Solos at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are breached or if it’s needed to protect the Service or other users.

If your account is closed, the rules around intellectual property, disclaimers, and limits of liability still apply to past use of the Service.

No betting services. Stats & Solos does not accept wagers, take stakes, process betting transactions, or offer prizes.

Information only. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as the basis for any decision.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free, or that results (including forecasts) will meet your requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service or Season Pass access will not exceed the amount you paid for the Season Pass giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.

• We use automated anti-abuse measures (such as bot scoring and rate limiting) to protect the Service and users.
• Forms and login flows may use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect abuse; Google may process device and usage data to provide this service.
• We may block, challenge, or rate-limit suspicious traffic to keep the Service reliable and secure.
• reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
